Super happy with the discovery of this page, I found a good offer and made a gift for my sister for her birthday and they delivered it to her home very quickly and she was delighted with the surprise. I totally recommend it.

Since they stopped giving me a basket at work, four years ago, I have been acquiring a Premium shoulder around this time. The experience has always been satisfactory. The first year was a Joselito, great. The second year one from Sánchez Romero Carvajal, highly recommended. Last year a Cinco Jotas, delicious. This year we had the opportunity (due to stocks) to acquire a 10 Vetas and it is unbeatable. We always buy them sliced by knife and the result is practical, comfortable, and in line with the quality of the product.

A very competent company, we had a small problem with the shoulder and they sent us a new one in 3 days, very happy with the product, we will definitely buy again.

I suppose I was disappointed because of the reviews I had read, but it's an ordinary ham. For my taste, a bit salty, but I guess for the price it has, you can't ask for more. Next time I'll pay a bit more for better quality.

The quality/price of this shoulder is very good. It's worth spending a little more than the typical Iberian shoulders from large supermarkets that range from 50€-60€. I don't give it 5 stars only because in my opinion and taste, it should be a little more cured. Maybe it comes a bit raw. Another positive point is that it comes with the right amount of fat.

The ham is salty, it does not have a single streak of fat, being Iberian it must have been born on the peninsula. It is not worth what I paid for it. On the other hand, I requested that my order be canceled to buy a shoulder and received no response.

The hams come out very good, but for some time now, they come thrown inside the box, without any type of protection.
