I placed the order on a Sunday and on Monday they processed and shipped the order, receiving it on Tuesday. I am very satisfied with the service. The ham holder is very good, although it could improve some finishing touches.

The last purchase was the offer of 20 envelopes of shoulder 50% Iberian; in the product description it specified "sliced by knife", when this is not the case, the envelopes come sliced by machine, if I had known this I probably would not have bought this offer, I would have gone to another that was really "sliced by knife", the quality price relationship is very acceptable, but the disappointment has been the slicing that does not correspond with what was offered on the page.

Hello, everything is fine, I ordered a shoulder of 6kg to 6.5kg and they brought me one of 6.040, so they took off some weight with the nail and it weighed less than what I bought, but well, everything else was fine.
