The loin and shoulder of black label arrived dry, I have bought this brand on other occasions and it is not normal for it to be this dry, it hardly cuts with the knife because the shoulder is so hard. I am using it to make broths because it cannot be eaten, it is too hard.

I recently made my first purchase at Jamón y Paletilla and the product purchased is to my satisfaction, fully matching what was requested with what was offered (product, delivery, attention, etc.). I will repeat.
