I'm somewhat disappointed by the little flavor it has, in my opinion, it lacks curing. Other than that, everything is fine, the delivery was super fast.

The ham is very good, but it is a bit too dry, but for the price, it is an excellent purchase.

The ham was very good in flavor, the worst part was the delay in receiving it.

The cheese is good if you like strong cheese, the shoulder is very cured or dry, it comes off the bone, I started with the driest side, I hope the other side is juicier, and it's a bit salty.

Ham and other items received perfectly and on time. We have already started the shoulder, and although it comes with quite a bit of fat, it is very tasty. This is the second time I buy from Jamony Paletilla, and they have not disappointed me.
