I expected a ham a little higher in quality; it's quite ordinary and almost all meat, with little fat.

I am not very satisfied since in the end, having paid for home delivery expenses, etc., I had to go pick it up myself because they didn't bring it to me. And to avoid letting them return it, I had to take a taxi and go get the ham.

Everything was fine except for the delivery, which was horrible. Except for my address, GLS sent it wherever they wanted; it took 6 days to arrive, lost.

It is not bad in flavor, but very little curing, the meat is very soft like gum, and we started it on the hard side. I will not repeat the purchase on this page.

I did it by shipping and it took quite a while to arrive, I ordered it boneless and they didn't set the bones aside for a good stew. In price quality, the ham is good.....
