The shoulder is great: it arrived at an optimal point of maturation and I think it will be perfect for slow consumption. What I do consider a true disaster is the courier company GLS that you work with. This is already the second time that the same thing has happened to me: the ham remains for three days inside a van, going from one place to another, because they do not deliver correctly. Considering that it is a product of this type and of certain value, I find it a particularly worrying circumstance. The experience with the product is very good, but the transport service seriously harms it. In fact, I am considering buying the next ham at another store just to avoid having problems with this courier company.
