The blood sausage is not made of onion, it's a compact mass that doesn't break apart. It's not suitable for its purpose. On the other hand, it took two weeks to arrive, I suppose the delivery person was on a bicycle.

I bought and paid for a shoulder, theoretically 100% Iberian. I have bought many and this one is not even close. For the price, €81.50 for 3.5 or 4 kg. It surprised me a lot. Indeed, my palate has confirmed the low quality of this shoulder. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN.

It's quite good, but I think there was less quantity than advertised, if we discount the weight of the plastics that protect the ham it doesn't exceed 4,300 grams.

After trying to contact the company by phone and email to return 9 packs of Iberian shoulder that arrived practically uncured, I am still waiting for a response that never comes. I will never buy from this site again.

I placed the order on August 5 and did not receive it until the 20th and without the surprise gift, maybe the SURPRISE is not receiving it. I have claimed several times and as indicated with this experience, I don't think I will buy again. They do not fulfill what was offered, the ham FROM THE MOUNTAIN.

The flavor is spectacular, but with too much excess fat. If it had a little less fat, it could be said that it is the best ham, quality-price, that I have ever bought. I will repeat to see if the fat was a coincidence, or if that is the reason for the good price. Thank you
