JamónyPaletilla consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable packaging, with many reviews noting timely delivery and well-presented, intact products. Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
The product is advertised as acorn-fed Iberian. It is not, it is commercially called black label, well it comes without the required label. Poorly cured. I definitely will not buy any product from this company again.

I always buy ham here and other things but the ham that has arrived is not of the same quality as before, being the same product purchased previously

The product is of low quality, I highly doubt it is cebo shoulder, and it is also super tender. I feel deeply deceived.

The service and shipping are good. They change prices from one week to another, like during sales.

The Desire ham is very salty. This is not the first time we have bought, and we have always been satisfied, but this time we cannot say the same. What a shame.

We just started the ham, initially the curing is good, the slices of ham are well dried, good aroma and good flavor, very good value for money. Initially very satisfied with the purchase. We will repeat.

Don't trust them at all, I have made several orders and the shoulders are smaller than indicated and the last order was a dry and hard shoulder, I call by phone and they never answer, they tell me they will make the exchange and it's a lie, they don't exchange the product, SCAMMERS, cheap is expensive
