I requested a 100% Iberian shoulder that was not too cured or too fatty. It came very hard, all fat and salty. I requested a return and they replied that I should send them photos to claim from their manufacturer. Something that I do not find correct. I purchased the product from this company and they are the ones who have to respond and have the responsibility to solve this. And not wait for their supplier.

Customer service is nonexistent, no matter how much you call they always tell you at this moment we cannot assist you, but they are not capable of assisting you, very bad.

I have ordered several times, this is the second time I order the ham in packets, the other time I threw away 4 or 5 packets because when I opened them they were bad, now in this order I have 5 packets and I already had to throw away 2 that were in bad condition when opened, this time I took photos in case they are interested, thank you.

I bought 4 pieces of loin, approximate weight per unit 0.5 kg. Actual weight, of the 4, with packaging '1.7'. This is the second time this has happened. The product is undoubtedly good, that's why I give 3 stars

The last 5 jotas ham left much to be desired. Full of bacon, a bit salty, and certainly not the quality I expected. I have bought 100% Iberian pata negras without jotas, much richer. I won't return it out of laziness, but I should return it.
