The product is not as I expected, and customer service is a 0, they don't answer the phone or emails, and the shipping is a total disaster, an order. From Thursday which is an hour away, took a week to deliver it to me.

The delivery has improved a lot because they send by Nacex which is next to my house, the cured meat as always, there are some that do not give the weight but the quality-price is good, the ham this time is very raw, I don't think it has more than 12 months of curing.

First of all, I ordered a ham weighing between 6 kg and 6.5 kg, the ham that arrived was less than 6 kilos. The ham is tasty but has little fat. I always put in comments that the delivery guy should notify me at least 15 minutes in advance and he never does, I always have to go pick up the package or run after the delivery person. Thank you

The blood sausage is not made of onion, it's a compact mass that doesn't break apart. It's not suitable for its purpose. On the other hand, it took two weeks to arrive, I suppose the delivery person was on a bicycle.
