I bought three spicy sobrasadas from Mallorca. Invoice 08 1583 from 15/05/2025. The three sobrasadas have a bloomed piece and it honestly seems unbelievable that this happens in all three. I ordered a ham with approximately 30 months of curing. And they sent me a ham that had just 20 months. It is tender and the label on the ham indicated that it was from week 39/2023 do the math. So it was lacking curing.
