Terrible after-sales service and delivery.

The shipping took a long time. I ordered shipping by SEUR Frío as suggested by the site and it arrived with normal delivery, it spent a weekend with the carrier.

Quite salty ham and below the announced weight. Previously, we had bought 4 times, with excellent results. In this order, really bad.

I bought a loin of which they have several weights and they send one two weights less. I simply ask them for explanations and they don't bother to answer.

The paletilla came out super dry and super salty.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.

It arrived very dry and hard, it can't be eaten. Thank you.

Good afternoon: Regarding the order of the reference and for your information, I would like to make the following clarifications: 1.- The company Nacex informed me that the order would be delivered on 08.07.2026, before 20:00 hours. 2.- The ham was delivered on 09.07.2026 at 18:00 hours, which forced me to stay at home all day on the 8th and 9th until the indicated time. However, the worst part is not this, but what I indicate in the next point. 3.- I imagine that the ham remained in the truck for about 48 hours. Probably exposed to the elements and with the current temperatures. Result: upon receiving the box, just by touch, an abnormal temperature was perceived in any package. The taste does not reflect the price and it is a bit salty.

The shoulder in terms of its quality-price ratio is acceptable. But I ordered a piece of 4.5 to 5 kg and the piece that arrived does not reach that weight. Therefore, its price-quantity ratio is negative.

The ham is good, in line with the quality of a cebo ham. Although it is indicated when placing the order, 10 days until delivery seems too much. They could try to improve this aspect.

Well, it's not what I expected, the ad says 30 months of curing and the ham is very tender.

In my order, there were three sections, A). Sliced paletilla, very bad, totally salty. B) two spicy sobrasadas, I only received one. C). Ham and paletilla petals, they will be delicious. D) the weights of the envelopes, none has its purchased weight, the heaviest weighs just 100 grams including the packaging and the cardboard which weigh 25 grams. I am not satisfied with anything. On this occasion, the quality is a 6 out of 10. Generally, it is a 7 out of 10. The first orders were an 8 out of 10. It is evident that if they do not take care of the quality of this product it will end up being a 5 out of 10.

I ordered a boneless 5J shoulder and the bones did not arrive. Also (although it is tasty) it does not come with the black seal or any label that clearly indicates the brand.

Very formal seller and everything correct. Ease of purchase and quick order delivery and good presentation.

The ham is very good, I have nothing to complain about, but the transport agency GLS, when bringing it later, delivered the ham almost melted, the bag it came in had 4 fingers of melted fat due to the heat, the ham looked like plasticine, we had to put it in front of the air conditioning, and I repeat, the ham is good, but it did not arrive in the best conditions, we know that heat is not good, but if they do not keep it in a cool and dry place at the transport agency, then these things happen. I only ask that if I order again, please do not send with the same agency, regards.

I am happy with the order except for the packaging. I live in Germany and the shipping takes longer than normal and I understand that but I expected a packaging more prepared to withstand the heat.

Items were missing in my order, I wrote and after a week I still haven't received a response. I wrote again yesterday, let's see if they answer me.

The order arrived in less than 48 hours, very good because at this time of year, the speed for food is appreciated. The loin is very good in taste but a bit over-cured, for being 100% acorn, it can be improved, and I don't give 5 stars because whenever you give (in general) leeway in weight, it NEVER approaches the maximum value, always to the smallest. And in my case, I ordered 2 half loins, both meet this.

The ham is a bit salty, and the bacon is stringy, I have eaten better ones.
