Correct flavor and curing of the 20 vacuum packs of the cebo shoulder I bought, the only downside is that they do not send the slices separated with a film or something similar since when trying to separate them they are so tightly packed that when trying to take just one, it breaks along with the one below. I always leave it open for about fifteen minutes before consuming and it's the same. Thank you

The lack of information for delivery. Why do I have to investigate where the order is when I supposedly have to receive it at my home? Why do I have to travel to the other side of town to pick it up?

I bought a DM cheese, exceptional, very good, also a hard ham (the second one I buy) this one is very dry... Exceptional flavor.. But very dry, what a pity,.. I will repeat, we all make mistakes, if the disappointment repeats.. It will be there.

It is not a bodega shoulder... it is raw meat.

You have sent me for the second time a product that was not requested.

The order arrived a bit late because they forgot, but with a call it was resolved quickly, the product is quite good.

Quality

Ordered on June 16 and arrived on July 2. Calls on several occasions without obtaining a solution, with errors on two occasions regarding the customer account, not receiving an email of departure or from the transport company and also without providing any type of compensation to the customer for the poor service, customer service is null.

Uncured serrano shoulder and totally tasteless, and they are not able to solve the problem, what a scam...

Very satisfied with the product but, once again (this is the second time), a big scare with the delivery. When tracking online, my order appeared as delivered. When I complained to UPS, they confirmed that the order was delivered to an individual, at an address in Germany. I thought I had paid for some acorn-fed ham to a German gentleman! And there was no remedy since UPS told me they delivered where the label indicated and, to top it off, it was a holiday in Andalusia so it was impossible to claim from the sender! A huge scare!!! After 30 minutes, my order was delivered. Conclusion, the email with the tracking number for shipments is useless. I will buy again because the product is excellent but knowing that I will never be calm until the package is in my house.

I received the order correctly, and I have tried it, being to my liking.

The order was received with a bit more delay due to having to restock the offered Iberian loin. The ham is vacuum packed and I am not used to seeing this type of product in this format, I hope the result is satisfactory.

Salty

It was salty, few fat infiltrations and dry, I will not buy it again.

The center of the ham is a bit soft (I expected it to be more cured)

Hello good morning I am not happy since I had to go pick up the ham package from the transport company and also I did not have the option to pay by card.

Fast and efficient, very good product, although prices have gone up a bit, in this case the Boffard Cheese.

Good ham and good flavor and oily.

The weight of the shoulder is less than what I paid. It weighed 4.3 kg and the purchase was from 4.50 to 5.00 kg

Fresh products cannot be paired like that since when they arrive in the heat they are not in good condition

This is the second order I have bought the same as the first and this ham is not as good, it is more raw.

I bought a boneless shoulder 5 jotas, the taste and texture have nothing to do with the authentic taste of a real 5 jotas, hence the price, I found it economical, but cheap is expensive when there is no quality in the product

Both the ham and the sausage are too tender
