I bought a shoulder that was very good, but when buying the ham of the same brand, the latter came quite raw. I understand it can be complicated to see, but in this case the ham was ordered boneless and the person who will debone it should have noticed that the curing of this ham was not correct. I have always bought in this store without problems.

Due to lack of stock, they did not meet the delivery date and also called the wrong person to inform them of what had happened (without calling me first) It seems to me a HUGE FAILURE, in addition to calling the person they shouldn't have called, they also did not meet the date they told me. That said, the products are very good, without a doubt, good decision!

We bought 15 batches of shoulders and in 1 of them the small sausages and cheese were missing. We sent an email explaining what happened and they haven't even bothered to respond to the incident. Poor after-sales service

The product arrived with dents or scratches on the board, due to poor packaging, when I buy something the first thing I expect is for it to arrive with better packaging, not as if it were a returned product (which may be the case). Other than that, the product meets its functions well.

They sent me a cheese I didn't order, of lesser weight and they say it's of the same quality and that in another order they will refund the weight difference. I request a return and they do not respond. The Jabugo shoulder is very hard and dry. I won't buy more!!!

The ham packages do not say where they are from, they do not bring identifying labels, I also ordered a batch of Los Romeros de Jabugo and they sent me another from Ecija, nothing worth buying, it's a scam.
