The after-sales service is non-existent. If you have any problem with the order, they do not respond. Thanks to Paypal for acting as a mediator in the conflict and managing to resolve the problem, which basically consists of them selling me a raw ham!!!!

I have bought cheese from viejo arquespal several times which is very good and had a very good price. But just a week later the same cheese has gone up by 14€ more. In my opinion, it is abusive.

The 3 loins I received expire in November (2 months), which I have to consume quickly and it was not my intention. Previously I had bought the same brand and type of loin at Corte Ingles and it came with a shelf life of 1 year.

I have been buying ham and shoulder for a long time and I almost always love the product I buy. Also, the quality price ratio is very good. On this occasion, I chose another type of ham. Instead of 50€ Iberian breed which is what I usually buy, I wanted to try a selection ham and the truth is that I am quite disappointed. The mistake was mine. I have no problem with the company, but I will not buy from them again.
