Good, but .... it's not what I expected, normally the difference with the normal one is quite noticeable in this case, it is noticeable but the taste .... Packaged, shipping perfect. I will try another.

I have ordered aged cheese from the Arquespal brand several times and you always send me the regular cured one.

The taste of the sliced shoulder is not bad but it doesn't taste like ham. I wouldn't know how to describe the flavor. It's a kind of smokiness that we don't like at all. The service and shipping have been very correct but certainly if I repeat I will not choose that shoulder/brand again. Regrettable.

Happy with the ham, the only thing is that it contains preservatives. And other places do not have them. More and more people are intolerant/allergic to preservatives. Thank you

We are used to another texture, it is cut very thin and the taste is not what we expected either

The ham came with a punctured bag and therefore lost its vacuum. I thought it would come cut into pieces but it came whole. As for the ham, while not bad, it is not well cured, there is a part that is very tender, even too much for me, and the other very dry, it is clear that I will not buy again.

The ham is very good, the only thing is that for the price it costs seems a bit expensive 99 euros and only 1.5 kg of ham, really very good in flavor but for a shoulder of 4 kg to only yield 1.5 kg of ham seems expensive

Although they made an effort to solve the problem and that is appreciated. They have a big problem with the delivery company they use (Nacex). I hope they solve it decisively for the good functioning of their relationship with their customers.

Quick order, the shoulder is good but one side is quite dry, although its flavor compensates for the previous.
