The shoulder was very small and had very little ham, it had a lot of white fat and a bone that prevented me from cutting it well.

Good taste, for my liking the slices are a bit thick.

I ordered a shoulder 50% Iberian machine-cut and it is not Iberian at all, it is salty and hard. A disappointment.

The shopping experience has been quick and good, but the shoulder was a bit salty so I don't know if I will risk it again.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT GOOD. THE HAM IS SUPER SALTY, AND THE BACON IN EACH PACKAGE HAS A YELLOWISH COLOR THAT CANNOT BE EATEN. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY CALL ME ONE DAY AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING AND TELL ME THAT SINCE I AM NOT HOME, I HAVE TO GO TO THEIR WAREHOUSE TO PICK IT UP. I INDICATE THAT SINCE THEY DID NOT CALL ME, THEY COULD HAVE LEFT IT IN THE BUILDING'S GROUND FLOOR. RESPONSE: THEY CANNOT STOP TO CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THEY LOSE A LOT OF TIME. I TELL THEM TO GIVE ME A TIME, AND I WILL BE HOME, AS WE ALL HAVE OUR JOBS. THEY GIVE ME THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP WITH A TIME WINDOW OF 4 HOURS (4 TO 8) A FEW KILOMETERS FROM MY HOUSE. FOR ALL THE ABOVE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ORDER THAT WILL BE PLACED AGAIN.

Ham is very good but more than half is waste, because it had more than 50% fat.

The truth is that this shoulder is very hard and tough. It's a big disappointment!

In my case, I ordered a pack that included a shoulder, a quarter of cheese, and 100g of chorizo and Iberian salami, everything correct quality according to the price, honestly.

Everything is fine except that the order took longer to arrive than stated on the website

I received the ham after 8 days and although I indicated the reception time for orders, since the delivery had to be made at a pharmacy and they took it outside the indicated time again for delay and with the heat that has been when it finally arrived it is half cooked. It can be eaten and since I went to the beach I didn't have time to change it, we are going to eat it in this state which is also good, although it's not the same. I hope they take this into account for a future order.

The product is good, obviously the ham packaged in plastic is not the same as freshly sliced but it has the convenience of not drying out

The shoulder I bought is not too bad, the cured meats are very good. The problem was with the delivery as the delivery note got lost and instead of 2 days it took 5. The person who assisted me wanted to fix it and on the next order they will give me a gift from the assortment. Overall good.
