The first order I made was spectacular, I ordered a shoulder from Joselito and it was very good. But in this second order I can't say the same, the ham has come very very dry, what a shame... at least it is good but super dry and the cheese is very good, that is for sure. I will probably repeat and we will see how the next order goes.

For me, it has come out poorly cured, one side is very hard and the other tender.

They are hams with curing defects that are then appreciated in consumption and taste. They lack the sufficient quality to be marketed.

Hello, once I tasted the ham, I found it very dry and salty, honestly it disappointed me. I hope that over time they achieve a quality worthy of what they offer.

I asked if there was a possibility to cut the cheeses into wedges and vacuum pack them, and they did not pay attention.

The star is for the cheese. The ham is 3 times saltier than normal, and it is almost impossible to cut because it is so hard. A fraud. In my opinion, they sell you half a cheese for 50 euros, since those hams are selection waste.

Black label? At most it was a serrano shoulder with the claw painted. Dry without marbling and very very hard. Very bad product.

This is the third time I buy from you.... the first was excellent, the shoulder very good and everything correct, the second were not from the same shoulder all the packets.... and the third instead of coming 10 packets of ham and one of cubes, only 9 packets and one of cubes came....

I still haven't tried it but I expected when buying the shoulder that I wanted deboned that besides the large area they would have also sent me the other part, especially when I paid extra.

I am not an expert but the shoulder is very good, with the characteristics of an animal raised in freedom (more fat, more fibrous tendons) and the size is logically a bit smaller than that of a certified shoulder, but this is compensated by the lower price. In short, it is a product with a very good quality-price ratio. The order was quick and without setbacks. I will repeat.

It's fine, they serve quickly and the order arrived in good condition. The product, a sliced shoulder of acorn-fed ham, is correct without more.
