This is the second year I buy from them, but I will surely continue like the last shoulder I was sent, that is, sliced and in bags. I have to ask them for a 100/100 Iberian ham, but my question is if they can do it sliced and in bags; if it has to be whole, I won't buy it, thank you.

I made the order with vacuum slices, and I find a package of a whole piece. I had to pay a butcher to cut it for me. Because you didn't answer the phone. And I know you are not going to publish this, because the last review you have posted is from years ago.

I made two orders spending €120, one of them came with a chorizo with the vacuum punctured and full of mold, the other order was missing a product and the solution they gave me was to make another order of at least €60 so they could send me a chorizo of €3... I don't think this is a way to solve a problem for which they just lost a customer who surely if everything had been fine would buy from them every year.

The ham looks like morcón, it is drier than a mojama. I do not recommend it at all, a real disappointment. I also ordered a chocolate nougat and it arrived completely broken.
