I have made 2 orders, the first one very well but the second one arrived incomplete and after 20 days. I was missing a ham knife and I wrote them an email, I am still waiting for a response. I will not buy again

Raw ham, hard to chew, we eat ham all year round and the first one was very good, but this one is terrible, the woman tells us that we need a personalized ham for us. In short, they lose a customer

One is very good, the other I haven't opened but the delivery by the carrier was a disaster, he delivered it at number 7, 200 meters from my house and that day I didn't move from home waiting for the order that was delivered to me the next day without me knowing the gentleman who delivered it. My opinion is about the shoulders, not the carrier, which would be less than 5 stars
