JamónyPaletilla consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable packaging, with many reviews noting timely delivery and well-presented, intact products. Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
Good evening, I had to go to Nacex Cartagena in person to pick up the order. What I don't understand is why, if there was an issue with the package, you as a company were not able to communicate to me that there was a problem with its arrival, whether by email, call, sms... Moreover, I had to contact you to see where it was. It has been with Nacex since December 12 until today December 20 in a pallet without being vacuum packed. I don't think that's appropriate, because besides, this was a gift that I could no longer give and I had to buy it elsewhere. I have checked the address and at no time is it incorrect, I receive many packages at home with that same address. I communicate this to show my discontent and my bad taste in my mouth being my first order with JamonyPaletilla. I hope this does not happen again with another person.

The transport was terrible, and some cheese was not well packaged and arrived a bit spoiled. Customer service was terrible.

Company to buy hams, shoulders or cold cuts of all ranges from feed to 100% Iberian. The treatment has been very professional and they have advised us at all times. You can buy it physically in their warehouse or online. I made the purchases physically and we sent it directly to the customers. 100% recommendable and reliable company. Next purchases 100% sure I will do it again for the quality products at a very good price.

The shipment arrived 30 days late after my complaint. When it arrived, it was wrong, they replaced it with the correct one, but the real gold I thought was that the shoulder that arrived was not of the expected quality. Excessively cured and extremely salty. A shame
