Very formal. The only thing I miss is that I, as a customer, could request the ham or shoulder more or less cured as some other online stores have. On the other hand, the shipping is super fast. The ham is amazing.

I did not like this last purchase at all since I ordered 2 hams to give as gifts and instead of sending them separately as usual, they sent both hams in the same cardboard box in any way. What a pity.
