I had to return the first order because it was very salty and inedible. I was surprised by the return response and the very positive treatment from jamóypaletillas. The second order of ham is great in flavor and texture, quality price 10. Excellent ham and excellent service

Everything perfect and according to the product descriptions. Transport service met the expected delivery dates. It might be advisable to improve the packaging as the package arrived torn, although the content was correct except for one blood sausage that arrived crushed, nothing excessively serious since the shipment was destined for France. In any case, review packaging for shipments outside of Spain. Happy and grateful to Jamón y Paletilla.

Even though everything has gone great before, this time I didn't receive my order until two days later, despite having paid for more expensive shipping costs to arrive in 24 hours, as it was a very important commitment I had that day. I was left in a bad situation and also did not receive any apology from them.
