The ham is quite dry and salty and the fat seems a bit rancid.

The last ham was super hard, I asked for another and it smells very rancid, I am going to return it; they have greatly reduced the quality, the first ones were very good but the last two have taken away my desire to buy again.

It has good flavor. I would have liked it to be made in vacuum-packed pieces like on another occasion.

Fast shipping. Payment upon receiving the order (they do not accept card payment, they require cash, I would appreciate it if they could enable a card reader for the delivery person). The two hams I ordered were excellent. We will repeat, as always.

No formality at all, it arrived 10 days late, the ham is very good so we have no complaints about the product but we do about the deadlines.
