The ham had a lot of bacon, it's not worth it... The Iberian sausages were tasty.

I have nothing to object about the quality of the purchased products; however, regarding the complaints about mistakes in the last shipment, the response is not being as quick as it should be in a serious company. I am waiting to resolve my complaint.

The shoulder is very little cured, I have communicated this to you and basically you told me to be lucky with the next purchase. You didn't offer me a change or a refund. I don't think I will make more purchases on this website.

I am German but I really like Spanish ham; the ham purchased/received is of good quality which cannot be bought in Germany. That is why I ordered directly from Spain.

Very good flavor, but I was left wondering if it was Iberian or Serrano; by flavor, I lean towards the first option, but the fat and marbling made me doubt.

The ham and cheese were fine, but they did not debone the ham, as I requested and paid for. They do not respond by email and they also do not answer the phone, so I consider that money lost. Customer service is TERRIBLE.
