A little nervous with the very tight timing, but everything else is fine, looking forward to next year.

The ham is good but has too much fat to reach the meat.

There was a problem with the shipment; I had to call, and they solved it, but it took quite a while for the product to arrive.

The ham arrived with a lot of fat. First they offered us the option to return it, then they 'advised' us not to return it and instead they would refund us 20 euros, but we never heard from them again.

I ordered a boneless ham and you didn't send either the bones or the pieces, out of an 8kg ham only 3.100kg arrived, price per kg 38 euros, thank you very much for everything but we will not order anything again, you are shameless.
