The ham they sent me was very dry and hard, for being a ham of more than 100€ it should not be like this.

The product received is inferior in weight to what I ordered and paid for. I called during their business hours and they do not answer the phone, nor do they respond to complaints on their website.

I received it and it was stale, I was vomiting and feeling unwell, evacuating, after more than a week of claiming they pick it up and take it away, yesterday they finally picked it up, but I still have not been refunded the 110€ I paid for the shoulder.

The Iberian acorn ham palette is truly incredible. I had not tried this brand from Deseo Ibérico before but I have no doubt that I will repeat.

I have only started one piece and honestly it is good, maybe a bit more curing would be better, but for home consumption it's fine, the only thing is that both the shipping and transport were a bit slow.

Of the 6 1/2 cheeses I bought, only 1 of them had 1,500, the others didn't reach 1,300, supposedly more or less they reached 1,500. You are very unprofessional and care very little for new customers ...

Whenever I can, I buy here, I give it 3 stars because I bought 2 kilos of regular serrano ham and it turned out salty but it can be eaten, I can't ask for more for its price but I recommend Jamon y Paletilla because I have already bought Iberian hams and shoulders and they are a delight, so the three stars are for this last order which was deboned serrano ham 2 kilos and cut into 4 quarters and it turned out salty, for the rest ham and shoulder are highly recommended, they have first-class products, thank you.
