Very good service, it arrived on time for Father's Day. The person who attended me was very nice and tried to make it arrive that day, along with the note. And of course, good product. I will buy again 100%. Get another ready for July as it is his birthday. Thank you very much

Great quality-price ratio (unlike other websites of this type that abuse shipping prices outside of Spain). Product descriptions are very true to reality. Quality product (hams, cheeses...). Shipping, personally, without incidents, well protected.

It is supposed that the weight of the ham would be 4 kilos and that is how they announce it, minimum guaranteed weight, weighed on two digital kitchen scales and both gave less than 3900 grams

I already sent an email. I sent it. GLS did not let me change the delivery destination as I normally do on Amazon when I am not home. I had to go to an industrial area 25km away to pick it up. Because I was not home. According to GLS, it could not be changed and left at the GLS store 50 meters from my house, because it was an order blocked by you. Only in hand. I do not publish it on Trustpilot because I do not want to bother anyone.

In the last order placed, the expiration date is very close on 5/5/25, something that has never happened to me and when trying to contact the company, it is impossible because the voicemail is full, making it impossible to leave a message to get a response.

The order took longer than stated on the website. The slices are too thick and the ham is salty. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will not buy again

Good afternoon, everything has arrived according to the order and the piece that could be between two weight measures has arrived with the maximum. From the moment you place the order until you receive it is very fast. The products are fantastic. Excellent quality-price. Additionally, the post-sale team is very friendly and advises you to choose the best option that suits your needs.

Very bad, I bought a lot with an Iberian shoulder (according to the photo and video on the page) and the one I received is normal. The cheese that comes is not even similar and I try to contact them and they do not answer the phone.

They come with 10 packets... The quality... is like when you buy ham in the supermarket in a blister, because this Iberian shoulder has little... I will not buy again even as a joke. I feel totally scammed!!
