Being my first order, I cannot fully assess the quality of the product, as we have partially tried the products. Initially, everything seems to be of very good quality. I buy 'Iberian acorn' salami and chorizo and the label comes as Iberian, in addition to being of such poor quality that I doubt it is Iberian, I claim and their response is that it is labeled by the distributor, why do they sell it as Iberian acorn?? I request a refund because apart from the deception I do not like it and I am still waiting. Conclusion: poor customer service, misleading advertising, I will not buy again.
