The shoulder is very good and for a fantastic price, it is true that in flavor it is a bit milder than the 10 layers, but given the impossibility of finding it, this is a very good option. The service, as always, impeccable and although it ships on the day of purchase, keep in mind that it takes 3 to 4 days before receiving it from the day of purchase, but well, it is not a big problem for me. I requested a 100% Iberian shoulder that was not too cured or too fatty. It came very hard, all fat and salty. I requested a return and they replied that I should send them photos to claim from their manufacturer. Something that I do not find correct. I purchased the product from this company and they are the ones who have to respond and have the responsibility to solve this. And not wait for their supplier.
