I wrote an email that has not been answered. In it, I explained that I have purchased several times and everything was fine, except this time, that I bought a ham along with a Sánchez Romero Carvajal loin, and the loin had to go to the trash. It was inedible, dry, hard, with a strange taste. A lot of disappointment, it was a Christmas gift.

An Iberian shoulder of 4.5kg with a delicious flavor, and at a very good price. Maybe "too much" fat in the muscle until "reaching" the meat, but I suppose it's within the normal range. I will probably repeat the purchase.

This was my first order. Regarding the company, I have no complaints. The request, receipt, and delivery of the order were perfect, good professionals. However, the product leaves much to be desired. Packs of different qualities, rather basic, it seems like cheap serrano shoulder. Some all fat, others very cured and dry. We have been disappointed.
