The delivery of the order was quick and about the product, this time the shoulder is too marbled. Too much fat for our taste but very good in flavor.

Very good, product is good for now, quality price as expected. Last year I already got a shoulder and I will repeat. The ham holder that came as a gift does its job although you can't expect the star ham holder. And the knife I will keep as a spare, since I have an Arcos that works great.

It melts in your mouth, it's the best shoulder I've tried, I will definitely repeat, plus they send you pieces and bones. A 10!! You have a new regular customer.

I bought 1 kg of cracklings and they were excessively hard, at the limit of edibility. I will not make more orders at Jamón and Paletilla

The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

This is the second time I have bought the sliced shoulder from you, 100% Iberian and acorn-fed. Magnificent flavor. Maintain the quality and I will continue buying from you.

Hello, I bought something that should be good but I still haven't received it! We passed on Friday, September 20, but I wasn't home. I immediately rescheduled the delivery for Monday, September 23, but I had to call because they had a truck breakdown. It is September 25 and I am afraid of what I will receive. I am not happy and if everything is spoiled I will throw everything in the trash and I will ask for a refund because we are not talking about a normal package but about perishable goods. Best regards, David
