The paletilla is not what you offer. In theory, it was a 100% Ibérico Bellota paletilla and it is at most a cebo shoulder without a surname. It seems like a scam to me.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.

In my order, there were three sections, A). Sliced paletilla, very bad, totally salty. B) two spicy sobrasadas, I only received one. C). Ham and paletilla petals, they will be delicious. D) the weights of the envelopes, none has its purchased weight, the heaviest weighs just 100 grams including the packaging and the cardboard which weigh 25 grams. I am not satisfied with anything. The order arrived in less than 48 hours, very good because at this time of year, the speed for food is appreciated. The loin is very good in taste but a bit over-cured, for being 100% acorn, it can be improved, and I don't give 5 stars because whenever you give (in general) leeway in weight, it NEVER approaches the maximum value, always to the smallest. And in my case, I ordered 2 half loins, both meet this.

I placed an order on May 17 for a ham in 4 pieces including bones + loin, my complaint is about the ham, the order arrived on May 18, as it is clear that it did not have the weight it should have, a tip from another ham was added and the bones also did not seem to be from the ham. I sent an email with images and got no response. I have not received any email, I don't think it's worth what I paid. Not satisfied at all
