I bought 6 TACOS JAMÓN RESERVA VETEADO total weight: 1 Kg of which all are edges of the ham, nothing from the center of the ham, all very cured and hard, 5 Fuet Espetec Extra Bon Tall very hard, difficult to chew, but it's the first time this has happened in an order from this company... I will have to choose better what I buy and if it is sent the same way then return...

The product arrived defective; we had to throw it away since it spent more than two weeks in a van saying they were delivering it and that we were not home, but unfortunately, there is always someone at home because my mother cannot leave the house. So with this heat and a delivery company that unfortunately is the worst in the city, two factors combined have made us throw 75 euros in the trash. You probably have a great product, but with such poor management as the one you hired for delivery, I don't think a product will ever arrive in optimal conditions.

I ordered a sliced ham by machine and received very few packs of ham... the box looked tampered with, showing the packs, and inside was a bottle of sparkling wine and a piece of Iberian chorizo and part of the bones of a ham... totally disappointed with my order.

The quality of the product is not bad, but the shipping conditions leave much to be desired. Remember that we are talking about products that at 40 degrees lose a lot or perhaps should be thrown in the trash. The cheese wedge is a detail but it came as butter. After checking that the customer is not very important for your company. I consider that a shoulder of 6.50 kg. receiving 20 packages of 0.100gr is a very high loss and it is already the second time in the previous one they got the order wrong and compensated me, it is true, but with some packages that only had fat completely white. And this is not having a minimum of ethics on your part. I don't want to continue, as I would understand too much and it is not appropriate. Regards.

This time we are not satisfied for two reasons: a) The ham is too tender. b) The box did not come in good condition and there were two envelopes (one of ham and another, of bones) that were not vacuum sealed. We suspect that someone opened the box at some point during shipping.

The order took 10 days to arrive, and the product did not turn out to be what was expected. The packages did not have labels for packaging and expiration dates; the ham inside looked plastic, and the only thing 100% acorn was the black label that accompanied the bones, dry, very dry, which made me think it had not been sliced that same week, nor even the previous one. The price was not cheap. Very bad experience, not to recommend Jamón y Paletilla del Vendrell (Tarragona). Better to buy directly.
