The order was very good, but the transport service GLS was terrible. I had to travel to Santander from Castro-urdiales -60 km-; since one day they said the address was incorrect, when three weeks ago they delivered another order of yours the next day. And in the next message, they said we were absent, when I spent the whole day at home. They also informed me there that they were not a suitable company for food that could be perishable, so I recommend that you change transport companies or you will lose customers, since if you have to travel 60 km to pick up the product, I doubt there will be many people willing to do it.

The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

Hello, I bought something that should be good but I still haven't received it! We passed on Friday, September 20, but I wasn't home. I immediately rescheduled the delivery for Monday, September 23, but I had to call because they had a truck breakdown. It is September 25 and I am afraid of what I will receive. I am not happy and if everything is spoiled I will throw everything in the trash and I will ask for a refund because we are not talking about a normal package but about perishable goods.
