To date, I have not received any response regarding the complaint I made about how the sausage package arrived punctured and consequently not fit for consumption, which means I bought something in bad condition and could not consume it. I am really angry with the customer service, which leaves a lot to be desired.

This is my first and last purchase on your site. You chose to deliver abroad with DPD which is the worst delivery company in France. I paid €10 and lost 3 days including 2 days of leave to finally pick up my order far from my home. Too bad because the cheese is good. One piece of advice: if you want to sell outside of Spain, do not use DPD anymore or it will discourage your future foreign customers.

I wasn't convinced this time, I ordered a high-performance navidul ham sliced and the 2 packs I opened were undercured and too salty, and I opened one of the blocks and it had less salt but tasted like nothing more than meat with salt. The thing is I ordered those blocks again because in the previous order the quality-price was better than many bought in the deli, but this time at least it wasn't like that
