It is very beaten up, and it was not vacuum packed. For the taste, it is very good, but the last time I ordered, the pieces were more whole and compact.

I bought this ham "la union 1890" from acorn-fed. The ham is good within its limitations. I thought that a ham costing more than 100€ would have a different type of quality and more from the Jabugo area. It is an Iberian ham but a bit dry, without the fat and softness desired in a pata negra ham. Next time I want an authentic pata negra ham, without having the claws painted black.

After fifteen days without hearing from you about an order, no one can contact you either by phone or email, you don't pick up the phone, you don't respond to emails, I think it's terrible

The truth is I expected more, better flavor being acorn-fed Iberian.... I have eaten better acorn-fed shoulders than this one.

The hams come covered in mold.

The shoulder, the back part was not matured and we couldn't eat half of the shoulder, I would appreciate if someone could give me an explanation, as I understand these things shouldn't happen. Regards and thanks!!

Very dry. It's barely bacon, and the meat of the ham is very dry. The dishes seem like a ham from a €1 package.... Last year I bought a shoulder and we liked it so much that this year we bought a ham and it was very bad. I also recommended this page to my brother-in-law and the same, he received a very dry shoulder.... very poor quality this year to be honest.

But I repeat it here. • I have been trying to talk to you for more than two days, no response to emails, no response to the answering machine message... terrible attention. • Today I had to solve the GLS issue on my own because you made a mess with the packages because you put 43 and in three boxes there were instead of one, two packages and therefore they held the merchandise in GLS for a week. • You put the address wrong in the shipment, I told you it had to be sent to C/Polibea 7 and you put in the address of the corporate name C/ Elfo 116. • And lastly (which I found the most shabby thing in the world) is that you send me the lot in cardboard boxes, as if it were a butcher shop, can you tell me how I give a Christmas box with a white box as if it were carrying loin strips??? I had to struggle to find a packaging place and buy empty ham boxes and I have to prepare everything myself. At the bottom you put *GOOD PRESENTATION IDEAL FOR GIFTING*, seriously???? I apologize for the lengthy response, but even the response to the email later did not seem the most correct to me, after all the trouble you caused me.

Good quality of the products, I have been a customer for several months and everything comes well packaged, I recommend without any doubt.

The product, a shoulder, was bacon and the ham was very hard. Dry, 100% Iberian breed in a box of Pozo Legado of 50% Iberian breed, a scam, I returned it because they don't answer the phone, I called 5 times.

I bought two products and one arrived well, the other with mold for not being well sealed. After days trying to contact, it is impossible for me since no one answers the phone or the messages they ask you to leave on the answering machine. It's a shame but I will look for other supplier options for the future.

It is unacceptable to place an order on November 24, 2023, and as of today, December 14, I still have not received it.

I ordered the sliced ham and it arrived whole.

The transport was terrible, one of the packages arrived destroyed and items were missing.

Terrible packaging, 2 boxes arrived broken. Thin cardboard without protection. Two of the hams were completely exposed. We will not buy again.

I still haven't tried the hams because we are waiting for the holidays..the cardboard package arrived all destroyed, a miracle that the hams were not damaged,,,

Very poor customer service after filing a complaint about the product.

The ham is not at the curing point it should be for a minimum of 15 months. In the thinnest part (which is supposed to be more cured) it is soft. The flavor of the ham is noticeable that it is good but it is not well cut nor is it as it should be to the palate, it is soft....

The shoulder arrived without vacuum, and since in transport and delivery it is days without refrigeration, it arrived with liquefied fat, etc.....

I ordered several cheeses and one Iván two wedges together and it is bloomed.

The ham is very small. It is not the one I ordered.

The blood sausages are the worst I have ever eaten.

I made the order with vacuum slices, and I find a package of a whole piece. I had to pay a butcher to cut it for me. Because you didn't answer the phone. And I know you are not going to publish this, because the last review you have posted is from years ago.

I made two orders spending €120, one of them came with a chorizo with the vacuum punctured and full of mold, the other order was missing a product and the solution they gave me was to make another order of at least €60 so they could send me a chorizo of €3... I don't think this is a way to solve a problem for which they just lost a customer who surely if everything had been fine would buy from them every year.

Very good overall

The ham looks like morcón, it is drier than a mojama. I do not recommend it at all, a real disappointment. I also ordered a chocolate nougat and it arrived completely broken.
