The order arrived well and quickly. I bought a Don Benito Jabugo shoulder at a very good price, I haven't opened it yet so I won't evaluate it. I also bought two packages of Don Benito Iberian loin, they were good in flavor but six months ago they would have been much better since they were very well cured.

The shoulder came covered in mold. The labeling did not specify the curing months. The label that hung was white which corresponds to a basic ham that they decorate with the name of a good ham and charge you as such. I felt deceived.

I put a star because, upon opening the box, the cheese they sent me did not match the one I bought. It wasn't even old. They told me they didn't have and weren't expecting the one I had chosen on time. They sent me another one that was of the same characteristics, to try it, and if I didn't like it, to return it. I can say it doesn't resemble at all the one I requested, I don't like it, it's a very ordinary cheese, but I'm not going to return it because of the hassle it causes me. I won't buy from this store again. They should have notified me and not sent another one without my approval.

The truth is that I am disappointed, the sliced Iberian shoulder is very little cured and does not have the flavor of other brands of the same price that I have tried. Hello, I placed an order on 28/11 and they inform me that the order will not arrive until December 16 and on top of that they do not bring it to my house but I have to travel to a nearby town to pick it up. And they charge me well for shipping costs. I have been your customer for a couple of years. I have ordered 10 or 12 hams and this time they have outdone themselves. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered a shoulder of 5-5.5kg and I received one of 4.7kg, I claim and they say my weight is wrong, to top it off, pata negra and it is raw, a shoulder that is thinner and Iberian and it is raw, incredible. I will never return.

I wrote a review about the shipment that was fast and correct but I bought three packs of shoulder and one wine bottle broke the packaging when empty and was all covered in black mold, I requested a replacement and they haven't even responded to my email. I will not buy more from them. It was a gift and I was left looking bad.
