I bought 30 packages. They expire in a month and a little. Also, so far I have had to throw away 2 that must have been poorly packaged and were in bad condition. I don't know if there will be more.

I ordered a Joselito shoulder and it took 1 week to send it. There was no stock. They gave me alternatives but I wanted to wait. Product well wrapped. Good phone support. Being able to pay cash on delivery without additional cost was nice because when you pay a lot of money for a ham you feel more at ease when placing the order

Everything good except the Iberian shoulder packets which in my opinion are not good at all and some come Iberian (the minimum) and others clearly seem like shoulder and bad because they are tasteless...the rest, the cheese is good and the ham cubes are great

I bought a black label ham and it comes without a label, I write to them and they do not respond.

I ordered two shoulders, one for me and another as a gift. I haven't tried the gift one, mine is very good

It has some hard parts

They sent me a 100% Iberian field-fed shoulder, the top part smelled bad and the bottom part was bland for what it was, plus a lot of fat, and I called and they treated me terribly and even laughed at me, I will never buy here again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They told me that if I wanted to return it, I would pay for the shipping and if they found it suitable, they would return it to me. I started that the shoulder was really shameful and the laughing over the phone about my complaint is denounceable. My opinion is do not buy here.

Despite being a shoulder with brand guarantee (Sanchez Romero Carbajal), it is a very very salty shoulder.

In general, a good experience although they shouldn't label a sausage from Vich as longaniza when it's a salchichón that, although it's tasty, has nothing to do with it and besides, it's not from Vich.

I have bought many of these in other stores and none as bad as this one, very dry, with no fat at all, honestly it didn't look like a 4 seasons. The ham did not come in the usual brand case as advertised. Moreover, at the time of purchase, they advertised a ham weighing more than 8.5 kg and what they sent weighed only 6.3 kg. Never again.
