The star is for the cheese. The ham is 3 times saltier than normal, and it is almost impossible to cut because it is so hard. A fraud. In my opinion, they sell you half a cheese for 50 euros, since those hams are selection waste.

This is the third time I buy from you.... the first was excellent, the shoulder very good and everything correct, the second were not from the same shoulder all the packets.... and the third instead of coming 10 packets of ham and one of cubes, only 9 packets and one of cubes came....

I had always rated them with 5 stars. This time not. A sausage arrived in bad condition due to lack of refrigeration; I was refunded. And several days ago I asked them to allow me to rate the ham I bought on their website and they haven't responded. It's inedible, inedible, because it's so salty; being from a top brand. With this order, it's the second ham from Benito that we consume, and the first was phenomenal, but this second one is NOT of the same quality as the first, it's a bit hard in the area where it doesn't have fat and its flavor is more similar to a serrano ham.
