This time the product is excellent. They took a little while to serve it. It would be appreciated if they informed when there are delays.

The product, a shoulder, was bacon and the ham was very hard. Dry, 100% Iberian breed in a box of Pozo Legado of 50% Iberian breed, a scam, I returned it because they don't answer the phone, I called 5 times.

I bought two products and one arrived well, the other with mold for not being well sealed. After days trying to contact, it is impossible for me since no one answers the phone or the messages they ask you to leave on the answering machine. It's a shame but I will look for other supplier options for the future.

Very good especially at the beginning. After a few days, it starts to dry out as we eat it. They should send them less cured so that they arrive less dry at the end. Cheers, Cruz

I haven't tried the ham yet because it's for Christmas, but both the buying-selling process and the shipping seem serious and very reliable. Nothing to do with the same ham bought earlier on another website that I prefer not to name, where I had to pay by bizum, which caught me by surprise and then the ham didn't come with a label, as was predictable, due to the particularities of the product, but they could have at least indicated the weight somewhere, as happened in the case of Ham and Shoulder which was marked with a marker on the ham's label.
