Good service. Very good shoulder. But 10€ for shipping to the Balearic Islands, even spending more than 100€, seems a lot to me.

Order delivered late without justification or response from Nacex. The ham weighed less than 7k despite ordering it between 7 and 7.5k, the complaint email has been ignored by JamonyOsletilla and MetcaBontall.

I ordered a shoulder of 5-5.5kg and I received one of 4.7kg, I claim and they say my weight is wrong, to top it off, pata negra and it is raw, a shoulder that is thinner and Iberian and it is raw, incredible. I will never return.

This product has disappointed me. Very bad, without quality, very tough and tasteless. I have given it to the dogs. It was spoiled. I will not buy again. Less weight than advertised for the euros I paid.
