I made two recent orders, one with acorn ham and I received two bad envelopes. And the other order was all good and fine.

The shoulder is inedible... very salty. I have written to you several times and you have remained silent. Regrettable, I feel deceived.

The shipment within the stipulated time (they told me 15 days from the purchase date and it arrived earlier) but the cut of the sliced ham is quite thick. Flavor is good.

I did not receive the ordered ham, they sent another one of a different brand thinking it was similar, they do not answer the phone or respond to messages sent through their website, I will not buy again nor recommend doing so.

Slow shipping and no customer service. I requested to cancel, but they still sent it 10 days later. The product seems to be fine, but I haven't tried it because I had to get a replacement.

So far everything is fine. An envelope came without vacuum. But nothing important. Fast shipping and good flavor of the product.

My experience with this purchase has not been satisfactory. The information about the shipping has been unclear and, at several points, directly incorrect. This caused a delay regarding the agreed deadlines, creating a problem. I consider it important that they improve communication and precision in tracking shipments to avoid such situations.

Shameful, I received the uncured shoulder, they never answer the phone, do not respond to emails, I have sent videos, photos, etc... I do not recommend it.

A very bad salty shoulder, not the next one, besides I call the salesperson and they do not answer me, I write to them and send photos of the shoulder and they do not say anything, they do not do anything to solve it, I do not recommend anyone to buy here and I ordered one with more than 6 kilos and it does not reach 5.5 kilos, if they can stick it to you, they stick it bent, the shoulder even the dogs do not want it because of how salty it is, I will never buy anything here again.

The first ham I bought was fine, but the one that has arrived now is dry, it has no infiltrated fat. For being a Duroc, I expected more.
