Disastrous. I ordered 10 packs of 100 Iberian cebo and opened 1 and it did not seem Iberian, it was clumping, I started another and it was the same. I called to complain and they told me the ham was fine. So the after-sales service is terrible.

Initially, the order was delayed in delivery and I had to keep calling to ask about the real status of the order and demand immediate shipping or cancellation. Then the ham arrived with worms inside the packaging (100% Iberian - D.O. Jabugo), after attaching images and videos of what happened through the means they indicated to me, my email with the evidence was overlooked and the resolution of the case was delayed... until I called, they could not find my email...
