The shoulder is very good but has a very large part of fat that cannot be used, for that part I give it a 4/5

All products are very good. The only downside is that I ordered truffled Catalan and it arrived normal.

The product is not as I expected, and customer service is a 0, they don't answer the phone or emails, and the shipping is a total disaster, an order. From Thursday which is an hour away, took a week to deliver it to me.

70% fat at a gold price. I sent them a photo and they didn't even bother to contact me. 100 euros thrown in the trash

Ham with an excellent quality-price ratio. Cured just right for immediate consumption. Good shape of the piece, fluid fat, lean with abundant tyrosine and marbling. In short, I would buy another piece with the same characteristics. I recommend it 100x100

I received the shoulder cut into 4 pieces. Everything is quite good except that two of the pieces had lost their vacuum.

The shoulders are hard and dry, the flavor is not what I expected. I bought two to try and it is not what I expected. My experience with Iberians comes from over 25 years, I know what I buy.

Also this time a ham arrived with the vacuum packaging damaged and therefore exposed to heat. It didn't used to happen before

Perfect. Good taste and smell. It matches the quality-price. Highly recommended. By the way, the ham came with a small piece of Iberian chorizo Navidul, which was delicious.
