I have already sent you 2 emails saying that the ham tastes bad because it came in a delivery van without refrigeration in the middle of June, and therefore, it broke the cold chain.

I have bought several hams, most of them from Benito and they are usually very good. The one before this last one was delicious. The last one, smaller than usual because there were no medium ones, turned out to be a bit dry and, being drier, somewhat salty as well.

The product is fine. The transport and delivery service were average, they took two days longer than they should have

Until today all shipments have been satisfactory but the last one regarding the shoulder I am not happy with. Still, I think you do a good job.
