A complaint was made for receiving a rather dry and slightly salty iberian ham, from the seller no response for its return. I will not buy more online.

Very satisfied with the purchase. Fast delivery in 5 working days from Spain to Denmark. I haven't tried the ham yet. The cured meats and cheeses are excellent. I will order again

The after-sales service is non-existent, if you have a problem, which can perfectly happen when buying a ham, they do not attend by phone or any communication channel, so unfortunately this store cannot be recommended, despite having products with a very good quality/price ratio.

The shoulder arrived infested with ham mites, I had to throw it away completely, the company also does not take responsibility, a shame.

A 0 you sent me a hard board instead of a ham that cannot even be cut, I have called the person in charge and I am still waiting for a response, I will not order anything more online because many are dedicated to selling the bad at a gold price.
