The truth is that it has been great, to put a but, I would say that the shipment brought two chorizos instead of chorizo and salchichón. Even so, the products are of quality and the ham is very tasty.

If you buy a 100% acorn-fed shoulder, weighing between 5.5 and 6 kg, the least you can ask for is that it weighs that much. The shoulder after removing the black mesh weighed 5.370 kg on an electronic scale. Despite the attached label, which marked an optimistic 5.720 kg. I think there is no need to say anything more.

the product looks very good, but the transport service leaves much to be desired since I indicated that it should be delivered before 12:00h any day and not only did they ignore this directive but they left the package with the neighbor without asking me with how easy it is to make a call, the neighbor had to come to tell me that he had the package, while I was worried because I received the email with delivery made and I did not have it, regards.

The acorn-fed Iberian shoulder is exceptional, but I bought Christmas Iberian ham twice and it is terrible, salty, dry, I do not recommend it at all, it is rubbish, I'm sorry but that's how it is. Thank you

The ham (shoulder) is the most horrendous I have had the unfortunate moment of ordering. Honestly, I didn't even want to comment, I simply will NOT buy again, period.. but since you sent me the message to give my opinion, I will. Very bad product, extremely hard, oversalted, without any streak of bacon.. a horror. In fact, I threw it in the trash the next day.

I bought on 8/4 3 Black Label Benito shoulders and they turned out to be a real mess!!! One of them is going straight to the trash, it is INEDIBLE. I have been calling since the 14th and writing to this company but I think it is a GHOST company since they do not respond to anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING.

Unbeatable price on first brand products (in my case, I already have several 5J hams). The only 'but' might be the delivery time, which in the case of sliced products, takes a few more days than usual, although certainly, the company warns about it in advance. In summary.. everything fantastic, and I really appreciate that they provide a label, with number and weight of the cut piece, I have had experiences with other stores, where I regret to say, I always thought I was sent pieces of a lower weight than purchased.

I bought a whole ham that I ordered boneless on two occasions and the order arrived without the bones. On 9/4 I called to ask and they told me it was a mistake and that they would send me the bones without any problem, not receiving anything on 15/04 I sent them a message and they have not responded. So I am a bit disappointed.
