They sent me a vacuum-packed shoulder with the green tie from the year 2018, which makes no sense being in 2025. In the same order, I bought a shoulder with the red tie and I also had to return it because it had a lower weight than paid.

I buy 'Iberian acorn' salami and chorizo and the label comes as Iberian, in addition to being of such poor quality that I doubt it is Iberian, I claim and their response is that it is labeled by the distributor, why do they sell it as Iberian acorn?? I request a refund because apart from the deception I do not like it and I am still waiting. Conclusion: poor customer service, misleading advertising, I will not buy again.

I buy shoulder on promotion. I start it on Friday, February 21. The shoulder is excessively cured, and, in my opinion, salty. I dig through the shoulder to try to find a better area. Difficult. I call customer service, explain the problem, they ask for photographs. I send photographs. They respond today and tell me that I have consumed more than 10% and that the manufacturer does not accept the return. It is not true that I have enjoyed more than 10% since what I cut was dry and salty. I did not like the solution :(

Honestly, it has been a huge disappointment. What should be gourmet Iberian is not even close, it is not even sure to be Iberian, and the gourmet slicing is machine-made and that's it. As I said, what a disappointment, obviously I will not repeat and I totally advise against it. The pity is that I ordered 20 packets of 100 grams, because it was supposed to be the boneless shoulder. And I have 17 left, which for what each one has cost me, seems like armed robbery. Anyway, I hope this review can help someone not to make the same mistake I did.
