The ham is too hard and the cold cuts are very salty, we won't repeat.

The 50% Iberian acorn ham arrived extremely dry, over-salted and rancid, therefore inedible. I had to return it.

I was not given the 5% discount that I was entitled to due to the purchase date. It is true that I paid the invoice beforehand, but it was in small print (I am 81 years old and my eyesight is not good). But I immediately complained when I saw it printed, and they haven't even responded, after sending them several emails about this. The least that should be done is to respond to a customer's complaint, and not to give the silent treatment, as it is not only a lack of education but also a contemptuous mockery. If they do this to me after three years of buying from them for between 600 or 700 euros each year, I don't think they will be minimally attentive to any customer who presents a complaint either.

I ordered a shoulder, it arrived a couple of days later than they told me. Once at home, when I touched it, I found it very soft, I weighed it (with the paper and the cover) and it weighs 3.5 kg, if I remove the cover and paper it loses at least 300 grams. On the website, they said it was between 3.5 kg and 4 kg and it weighs 3.200.... I sent them emails and they don't respond, I call them and they don't answer... In summary, misleading advertising and terrible after-sales service. I hope that what remains of the shoulder, after removing the fat, is at least good....

We took a week to receive the order, it was supposed to take 24/48 hours, I will not buy here again, thank you.

I am outraged, the shoulder came with mites and bites, I have been calling customer service and it goes to voicemail, I sent an email and they still haven't contacted me. I will never buy again.

As a joke, I bought an acorn ham that turned out to be salty, I have sent them 3 emails and called by phone but they do not respond anywhere. I will not buy from them again and I do not recommend it to you.

Although I couldn't get them to provide me with the tracking number from the shipping agency for the order, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The treatment I received was terrible, more than 7 emails, I don't know how many calls and no one answers. The order arrived two days late. And when I asked what happens if the ham is not good, or is salty, or something..... no one has told me anything. So I am very, very disappointed with the treatment.

Quite a reduced shoulder with very little meat. They were for two gifts, and they are still laughing at me. Unfortunately, I would not order here again.

They gave me a sliced ham of 50% Iberian when I bought 100% Iberian.

Products received correctly. Terrible delivery service, I recommend using another company in the future.
